How to get huge chains in Chain Burst
You only get one tap, so all the skill is in choosing the moment and the spot.

Each pop is worth 10 points times its place in the chain. Popping 20 balls scores 10 + 20 + … + 200 = 2,100 points, but popping 40 scores 8,200 – twice the balls, almost four times the points. That is why one great tap beats several decent ones.
1. Patience beats speed
Nothing happens until you tap, and the balls keep drifting. Spend a few seconds watching. Clusters form and break apart all the time; tap when one is forming, not after it has spread out.
2. Tap inside the cluster, not next to it
Your first blast is small. If it lands in the middle of four or five balls, they all pop together and each one starts its own blast, so the chain grows in every direction at once.
3. Start near special balls
- Gold blasts are much wider, so one gold ball early in the chain can reach a whole new group.
- Blue shockwaves travel far across the field and are the best bridge between distant groups.
- Purple sparks fly in six directions, which is great in an open area with balls spread out.
4. Avoid the edges
A blast against a wall wastes half its area. Unless a big group is sitting in a corner, aim for the middle of the field.
5. Learn the timing
Each blast grows for a fraction of a second, holds, then shrinks. Balls drifting into a blast while it holds still pop, so a chain can cross a gap if balls are moving towards it.
