Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-22
This policy explains what information is collected when you use PlayCove (https://playcove.pages.dev), how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- No accounts. You can play every game without registering, and we do not ask for your name, email address or other contact details.
- Data stored in your browser. Game progress, best scores, settings and your theme and language choices are saved in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device; we do not receive it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics. We may use an analytics service to understand which games are popular. These services use cookies or similar technologies to collect anonymous usage statistics.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info (or youronlinechoices.eu in Europe).
- Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through a consent message before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link shown by that message.
Children
PlayCove is a general-audience website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to or limit certain processing, including opting out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for advertising. Because we do not hold account data, most choices are made through the ad and cookie controls above. For any other request, contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
